The C10 supports the seven fundamental strength movements—push, pull, squat, press, bend, twist, and lunge—delivering unlimited workout possibilities in a compact footprint. It starts with a Power Rack chassis, then adds a Smith Machine and Functional Trainer. Finally, a Low Row, Lat Pulldown, Chin-up, and Suspension Trainer provide the finishing touches, expanding your fundamental movements across multiple stations.

Triple the Cable Connections, Triple the Possibilities

The dual 220 lb integrated weight stacks connect to six diverse attachment points—triple any standard All-In-One Trainer. The patent-pending central cable system includes two 200-degree adjustable upright pulleys, two upper pulleys for Lat Pulldowns, and two lower pulleys for the Low Row and optional benches, so you never run out of cable training options. The 200-degree adjustable upright pulleys deliver a 2:1 cable pulley ratio with a 220 lb max. Connecting both upper pulleys gives a 1:1 ratio with a 220 lb max, while using one changes it to 2:1 with a 110 lb max. For the lower pulleys, connecting one pulley gives a 1:1 ratio with a 220 lb max, and connecting both pulleys shifts it to 1:2 with a 440 lb max.

Cable-connected Bench Options Unlock Even More Versatility

Get the most out of the C10 with two adjustable bench options: a stationary model and a sliding version for added versatility to develop your legs. Both innovative benches connect to the weight stacks and include attachable Preacher Curl, Leg Extension, and Leg Curl stations. However, the sliding bench takes things one step further and unlocks a Leg Press station, heightening leg day with the 11-gauge 22" x 14" x 1" diamond-plated footplate that attaches to the base unit (included with the sliding bench option).
